Agreement
By creating an account, booking through a Shal page, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use Shal on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The service
Shal provides online scheduling, calendar connectivity, notifications, and related tools. Features may change over time. We may add, modify, or discontinue functionality with reasonable notice when practical.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account credentials and for information you publish (event types, booking questions, branding, and messages). You must provide accurate contact details and comply with applicable laws when collecting data from bookers.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use Shal for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Bookings and third parties
Shal connects calendars, video providers, payment processors, and other integrations you choose. Their terms and privacy practices apply to those services. We are not responsible for third-party outages or actions outside our reasonable control.
Fees
Paid plans, add-ons, or transaction fees will be described at checkout or in your account. Taxes may apply where required. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until canceled according to the billing settings in your account.
Intellectual property
Shal and its branding, software, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service as intended. You retain rights to your content; you grant us the rights needed to host, display, and transmit it to operate the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shal and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Termination
You may stop using Shal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
